Hola. My name is Madison (better known as Madi) and I am a wedding photographer living in the small beautiful beach town of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. I have traveled and lived in many places, but when I am asked where I am from New York is always my answer. I am lucky enough to be able to travel back to NY a few times a year to shoot weddings and visit my family.
I offer wedding photography for all types of occasions, from a 2 person elopement to a wedding of 300. I love being surrounded by the love and joy a wedding brings, and I am always looking forward to hearing about each couples unique wedding details and vision. I pride myself on being able to tell the story of your marriage by capturing everything from the smiles to the tears and the details to the grand scheme.
I can't wait to hear from you and start a conversation about your wedding photography needs.

A little about me...
I love the water, especially the beach (hence my move to Costa Rica).
I love spending time with my husband and daughter, behind and in front of the lens.
I love to dance, mostly to Latin music.
I love when people can’t help but show their true emotions.
I love hearing the vows of each couple, and capturing those vows through the expressions on their faces.
How I got here...
I was born in Lafayette, LA but moved to New York when I was 2 years old. There I attended a Waldorf school (a visual arts school) for 1st-12th grade which was situated on an organic farm. During my high school years is when I first developed my relationship with Costa Rica. I quickly became a fan.
I ended up moving here for 6 months during which time a fell in love with the culture, the food, the music and most importantly my husband. My better half and I moved back to the US and after a few years had a daughter. During our time in the US we frequently visited Costa Rica, each time debating on whether or not we should move back.
We finally decided to take the leap and move here before our daughter starts school and needs to be settled. We are so excited about being here, having our little girl learn Spanish, and just being able to enjoy the completely different lifestyle that Costa Rica has to offer.
*Somewhere in the mix I graduated Summa Cum Laude in Business Administration from Northwestern University
