Ricardo and Priscila married one another on the beautiful beaches of Domincal, Costa Rica. The specific beach they married on is called "Rocas de Amancio", translating to the rocks of Amancio. As you can imagine the beach had amazing volcanic rock mounds, protruding from the white sand. The theme of shells and the sea flowed flawlessly through the ceremony to the reception. I stole the groom away for a minute to get a few shots of him under the shade of some palm trees. Ricardo and Priscila had their ceremony just before sunset, surrounded by only their closest friends and family. The groom proudly walked his wife to be down the aisle with huge smiles on both of their faces. The bride's hair was beautifully adorned with fuchsia orchids, the only fuchsia/pink accent of the wedding. Immediately following the ceremony a cocktail, known as "brindis" in Costa Rica, was served on the beach. Everyone headed to the reception except for the newlyweds who stayed behind with me for a sunset photo shoot. Since they didn't have a bridal party we were able to spend a good amount of time focusing on gorgeous shots of just the two of them. The reception was held at El Parcela restaurant, a quaint seaside spot that worked perfectly with their theme. The night was completed with a perfectly squiggled sea themed wedding cake; topped with a custom made marzipan version of the newlyweds.
