Mike + Dana's Wedding, Zephyr Palace, Herradura Costa Rica

I was so excited for Mike and Dana's wedding. It was held at the BEAUTIFUL (that doesn't do justice), BEEEAUTIFUL Zephyr Palace, it was my first time shooting a wedding there so I was ecstatic. I was also excited because Kevin Heslin, an awesome photographer and friend of mine, would be second shooting with me. Lastly, I was excited because Mike and Dana were coming in from New York, my home state, so I felt instantly connected to them.

Dana's dress was absolutely gorgeous! I love champagne colored dresses, but this one just took my breath away. 

While I was spending time with the ladies, Kevin was hanging out with the guys. 

The ceremony was held at the entrance of Zephyr Palace. The bridal party stood again a vine covered wall, while the audience was surrounded by rock covered walls.

What a great first kiss as husband and wife!

Upon Mike and Dana's entrance the crowd went wild. From what I can tell they are just those type of people that completely light up a room just by walking in.

Once all of the formalities were over the party really started, Dana also changed out of her dress into some more comfortable clothes.

Mike's fraternity has a special tradition of singing a song to the bride. Dana was serenaded by Mike and all his fraternity brothers.

The night was topped off by a high energy dance routine from some friends of Mike and Dana. The newlyweds and all of their guests just loved it!
