Chris and Dani brought a handful of family and friends with them to Manuel Antonio for their emotional marriage to one another. The weather was questionable but in the end the rain held off, and beautiful mist floated off of the waves and into the background of their images. Photography: Madison Baltodano Photography
Venue: Espadilla Ocean Club Officiant: Rodrigo Campos Frank and Sandi were so much fun! They were both in such good spirits from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, soaking in every moment of their wedding day. The couple traveled from New Jersey just as the weather there was turning cold, to marry one another on one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Conchal. One side of Playa Conchal boasts white sand, while the other side is entirely made of shells. Bits and pieces of shells, which allows the water to be crystal clear since there is no sand to be turned up. The day started with Frank getting ready. His best man was there to help him, as well as a few family members. Sandi and Frank color coordinated their wedding perfectly, and even the lining of Franks jacket matched the color scheme. Sandi was in a nearby hotel room getting ready with her mom, sister and her nieces and nephews. She wore a beautiful lace dress with a plunge neckline. She was excited and eager to see her husband to be. A decadent reception was prepared for the newlyweds and their guests. Beautiful floral runners lined the natural wood tables, and a dessert table that was to die for surrounded their stunning cake. ![]() Photography: Madison Baltodano Photography

They decided to get married at Dreams las Mareas, an all inclusive hotel in Northern Costa Rica. They had a first look with one another near the hotel buildings, and then made their way to the beach taking photos along the way.
The ceremony was held just on the edge of the sandy shore. They professed their love for one another and said, "I do". The ceremony was followed by champagne. After the ceremony we took photos along the beach until the last rays of sunlight disappeared. Sarah and Curt married one another at the all inclusive resort, Dreams las Mareas. Friends and family gathered in the sand to witness their beautiful marriage. Sarah was so much fun, she was full of energy and laughter. Curt was the perfect balance to her, fully enjoying Sarah's light hearted spirit. The day started with Curt and his groomsmen getting ready. After that I headed to Sarah who was getting ready with her bridesmaids. She looked absolutely beautiful in her dress and jewels. A sweet wedding ceremony was set in the sand on the edge of the shore. I loved the way the fabric was draped from the tree, it looked magical. During our family photo shoot the weather very quickly turned from beautiful sunset to tropical rain storm. Everyone got soaked including us and our cameras. Luckily the rain didn't put a damper on the spirit of the celebration. Everyone moved into the ballroom which was beautifully set and waiting for the newlyweds and their guests.
